Dr. Lorraine has been practicing in the Woodbury area since 2010 and founded Woodbury Family Chiropractic in 2014. Driven by a desire to offer a truly holistic and patient-centered experience, Dr. Lorraine embodies WFC’s mission to provide personalized adjustments in tandem with expert muscle work and body balancing techniques.
Her personal journey with chiropractic began while recovering from a car accident. Debilitating headaches and back pain stopped her from enjoying daily activities. Using pain medications, even as prescribed, impacted her well-being. Chiropractic care proved transformative, eliminating her pain and allowing her body to naturally heal. This experience ignited a passion, one that would lead to her own chiropractic clinic. She left her corporate finance career to pursue a career in chiropractic medicine, driven by her vision to create the kind of patient-centered, interdisciplinary clinic she wanted. Now the founder and chief officer of WFC, she’s extremely proud of her joyful and welcoming physical health team and space!

“At our clinic, the patient is in the driver seat. You won’t be forced into anything. We honor and respect your medical choices, your treatment wishes, and your budget. Patients always tell us that their only regret about chiropractic care is how long they waited before coming in. As someone who has lived this exact emotion and experience, I agree, 100 percent.”
Outside of work, she enjoys an active lifestyle, embracing Woodbury’s proximity to nature and the city. She trains as a yoga instructor, practices breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation, and enjoys connecting with friends. She cherishes time with her family, playing with her kids at the lake or enjoying an evening out with her husband.
