Dr. Ashley is the Lead Chiropractic Physician at Woodbury Family Chiropractic. While she is trained through the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association (ICPA), she’s dedicated to guiding individuals of all ages towards feeling their absolute best. Her passion for pediatric care started during her time at a pediatric clinic in White Bear Lake, where she witnessed firsthand the profound impact of chiropractic adjustments on children. From improved comfort and happiness in the children themselves to the visible relief in parents and caregivers, Dr. Ashley recognized the transformative power of her chiropractic work.
For Dr. Ashley, her reward is seeing patients, both young and old, live unrestricted and pain-free lives. She deeply values her connection with patients and the power of trust in her treatment rooms, believing many people settle for “normal aches and pains” without realizing how much better their bodies can feel. For children, Dr. Ashley believes that when we teach kids how to value, love, and care for their bodies, they’re inspired to live a more vibrant and healthy life.

“We all have our own unique experiences in parenthood that no one can ever fully appreciate and individually understand, but at the core of it all, we just want the best for our babies. As a mom, I also know how demanding parenthood can be and I see how this affects patients physically everyday. Pregnancy, postpartum, the newborn stage, toddlerhood—every stage is different for everyone. Eliminating some of the physical stress on our bodies can help us enjoy these moments and stages that much more.”
