Dr. Zach brings a unique blend of athletic experience and academic expertise to Woodbury Family Chiropractic. A competitive hockey player throughout his childhood, he played junior level hockey in Canada before playing Division I at Niagara University. After two years of navigating injuries, he transitioned his focus, inspired by his work with the team’s chiropractor. This mentorship in sports rehabilitation, movement assessment, and performance optimization solidified his passion for human performance and led him to pursue chiropractic.
He graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic with Specialization in Sports Chiropractic, reflecting advanced coursework and training in sports performance, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and biomechanics. Dr. Zach believes everyone is an athlete in their own way and treats patients of all ages with a comprehensive and inclusive approach. He treats sports injuries by focusing on diagnosis, rehabilitation, and restoring function. For preventative care, he focuses on building resilience and minimizing injury risk.
