Cat Seidl, CMT

Cat brings a unique perspective to her massage therapy practice, developing a deep understanding of the connection between physical and mental well-being shaped by her five years of service in the Marine Corps. After receiving her certification in massage therapy, she sought to enhance her holistic healing expertise with specialized training in kinesiology taping, vacuum cupping, active engagement techniques, and hot stone therapy. She operated a successful private massage practice in New Brighton before joining our talented and expert team of chiropractors, acupuncturists, and other massage therapists.

Cert. Massage Therapy, Minneapolis School of Massage & Bodywork, 2006

Goals

“WFC offers a unique opportunity to be part of a holistic healing environment. The collaboration with chiropractors, acupuncturists, and massage therapists creates a dynamic team that takes a well-rounded approach to patient care.”

Her military background instilled values of discipline, focus, and resilience, while also highlighting the body’s capacity for both strength and vulnerability. For Cat, massage therapy perfectly blends her passion for helping others with her interest in physical health and rehabilitation. This allows her to apply the lessons learned in the Marines to a deeply fulfilling career.

Outside the clinic

Cat loves to hike, run, camp, and enjoy a quiet moment by the water. Being outside brings her a sense of peace and balance. Doing this all with family and friends makes it even better.
