Originally from Seattle, I started my career as a hairstylist and salon owner, where I learned the value of building relationships, creating a great client experience, and keeping a business running smoothly. Six years ago, I moved to Minnesota and took my career in a new direction, stepping into clinic operations as the Clinic Director of a busy, multidisciplinary clinic in the South Metro.

While the industry may have changed, what I enjoy most has stayed the same: working with people, solving problems, and creating an environment where both patients and staff feel supported. As Clinic Director, I oversee the day-to-day operations, support our providers and team, and help ensure patients feel welcome and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. I believe a great clinic starts with a great team, and I take pride in creating a workplace where people feel valued and can do their best work.
