Dr. Ashley is the Lead Chiropractic Physician at Woodbury Family Chiropractic. While she is trained through the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association (ICPA), she is dedicated to guiding individuals of all ages toward feeling their absolute best. Her passion for pediatric care started during her time at a pediatric clinic in White Bear Lake, where she witnessed firsthand the profound impact of chiropractic adjustments on children—from improved comfort and happiness in the kids themselves to the visible relief in parents and caregivers.

For Dr. Ashley, her greatest reward is seeing patients, both young and old, live unrestricted, pain-free lives. She deeply values her connection with patients and the power of trust in her treatment rooms, believing many people settle for "normal aches and pains" without realizing how much better their bodies can feel. When we teach children how to value, love, and care for their bodies, they are inspired to live a more vibrant, healthy life.
