In this post, WFC owner and operator, Dr. Lorraine Smaagaard, talks about how she has learned to bend time to reduce her overall stress level and improve her life. Dr. Lorraine is a chiropractor, acupuncturist and reiki practitioner additionally trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Mindful Self-Compassion. She most recently taught a bodywork class at Notice Wellness where she worked with students to release stress held in their body through myo-fasical unwinding, energy work and guided meditation.
